- Capability to host and conduct meetings up to Secret classification for at least five persons
- Personnel must possess required security clearances specified on DD Form 254
- Program Manager (Key) must have at least 10 years experience (5 supervisory, 3 in DoD project management) and a bachelor's degree

This is not a solicitation, request for offers, request for quotations, or request for proposals. The Government will not make an award based on responses to this notice. SeaPort-NxG MAC vendors are invited to review the draft RFO and submit questions or comments no later than 12:00 p.m. EST, 20 October 2026, to: [email protected].
