Bridge to Work Program Service

The City of Little Rock requires a vendor to provide comprehensive Bridge to Work Program services offsite. The program aims to assist individuals experiencing homelessness in attaining stability through work, while delivering litter removal services that improve the cleanliness and appearance of the city's public spaces. Eligible bidders include USA-based onshore organizations. If submitting a joint venture proposal, applicants must include a written joint venture agreement and a completed Affidavit of Joint Venture form. Vendors must submit all questions by October 22, 2026, and submit a proposal detailing their budget.
