Marketing and Communications Services

The Mississippi Office of Workforce Development, known as AccelerateMS, seeks proposals from qualified onshore USA marketing and communications firms to provide strategic, creative, production, and related marketing services on an offsite, as-needed basis. The requested scope includes marketing strategy, creative design, digital marketing, paid media, content development, photography and video, brand support, web creative support, and event marketing. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals will be evaluated on a 100-point scale based on understanding of AccelerateMS and proposed approach (25 points), relevant experience and qualifications (20 points), quality of portfolio (20 points), cost and overall value (15 points), team qualifications (10 points), and capacity to provide responsive statewide services (10 points). The maximum payable contract amount will not exceed $100,000.
