Risk Manager Consultant Services

The Township of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, requires a vendor to provide offsite risk manager consultant services. The selected consultant will assist the Township in identifying insurable exposures, preparing its annual insurance budget, supporting the safety council in loss containment, organizing quarterly claims reviews, receiving monthly loss/run reports, and assisting with claim settlements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations that meet established qualification criteria and statutory requirements, including mandatory EEO/Affirmative Action compliance and ownership disclosure rules. Proposers must submit sealed responses by November 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., consisting of one signed original, one exact copy, and one PDF copy on a flash drive. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by October 16, 2026. An evaluation team will score proposals based on suitability, JIF/MEL experience, management, experience, personnel qualifications, references, and cost. One vendor will be awarded a contract for the 2027 appointment term, with a fixed fee set at six percent consistent with the Camden County JIF.
