Fireworks Display Services

The Town of Edgartown is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide a turnkey July 4th fireworks display launched from a barge outside Edgartown Harbor. The selected vendor must locate, secure, rent, and coordinate the barge, while supplying all licensed personnel, equipment, insurance, setup, firing, and cleanup. To be eligible, bidders must be USA organizations with experience completing at least three professional fireworks displays of similar scope and complexity within the last three years. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Town of Edgartown Procurement Office by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and contain a reference list and proof of insurance. All questions regarding the solicitation are due by 12:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2026. The bid price must be submitted on the provided Bid Form as an all-inclusive rate, including travel, ferry transportation, lodging, and barge costs. The Town will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest overall price.
