- Completed at least two assignments on DPR preparation or design of District Cooling systems in India in the last 3 years
- Experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings, GFC drawings, and MEP design basis reports for at least 3 projects in the last 3 years
- Deployment of a key team meeting specified educational and experience requirements across five required roles
