Environmental Site Assessment Services

The Port of Vancouver USA needs an on-call consultant to provide environmental site assessment services. Scope of work includes reviewing records, preparing site-specific health and safety plans, conducting onsite reconnaissance, and performing interviews with owners, occupants, property managers, and government officials to identify recognized environmental conditions on port properties. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Proposers must register and submit proposals electronically through ProcureWare by 5:00 p.m. on October 28, 2026, while all questions must be submitted by October 14, 2026. A team of port staff will score proposals out of 100 total points based on team profile (30 points), project management system (30 points), references and past performance (20 points), and cost (20 points). Proposers determined to be finalists will undergo interviews, and the highest-scoring proposer from the interview evaluation will be selected.
