Financial Preparation Engagement Services

Casper College seeks professional financial preparation engagement services to prepare its financial statements and assist in identifying weaknesses through journal entries or adjustments. The selected vendor must also submit the financial statements and required documents to an audit firm for the financial and compliance audit. Eligible bidders must be USA organizations with an office in Wyoming, and possess resident staff capable of providing the full scope of services offsite. Proposals must include three copies and the signed Bid Form featuring a Total Not to Exceed Lump Sum Price covering all associated costs. Bidders must mail or hand-deliver sealed proposals to the Casper College Procurement Department by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time. A non-mandatory pre-proposal Zoom meeting will occur on October 27, 2026, and all questions are due by October 29, 2026. Evaluation will rely on vendor qualifications, relevant experience with governmental entities, staffing, and estimated costs.
