Fireworks Display Service

The City of Lansing is requesting qualification and proposal statements from well-qualified USA organizations to provide a 14- to 15-minute fireworks display for the July 4, 2027 show. The requested scope includes providing specialized aerial effect shells with distinct patterns, such as Saturns, hearts, smiley faces, and bow ties, utilizing Hasu pastel colors. Applicants must submit Page 3 "Proposal and Award" and the cost proposal with their submission, along with a letter outlining company experience, proof of certified licensed pyrotechnicians, and proof of required insurance coverage. Written questions must arrive at the Purchasing Office at least seven City business days prior to the due date, excluding the last five business days. Submissions must be delivered physically or electronically via MITN by 2:00 PM local time on October 21, 2026.
