Ambulance Dispatch Services

The City of Atlantic City seeks a vendor to provide 24/7 offsite ambulance dispatch services for 911 emergency basic life support ambulances over a two-year contract term. The selected vendor must handle an annual volume of approximately 23,600 calls and 14,500 medical center transports, maintaining at least two State of New Jersey Certified Emergency Medical Technicians on duty at all times. Staff must hold state certifications as Emergency Medical Dispatchers and National Emergency Communications Institute certifications as Emergency Communications Officers, with duties including prioritizing calls and maintaining detailed records for the Atlantic City Office of Emergency Management. Bidders must submit a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, staff resumes, an organizational chart, and details on primary and backup personnel. A bid guarantee of 10% of the total bid (up to $20,000) via certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Questions must be submitted by October 15, 2026.
