Hotel Lodging and Conference Facility Services

The Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Services Council (CASC) requires hotel lodging, direct meal services, and on-site conference facilities in Staunton, VA for a two-day training program for approximately 20 people from May 12, 2027, to May 13, 2027. The scope includes a designated registration area, a classroom-style conference room, a complimentary hospitality suite, morning and afternoon beverages, breakfast, lunch buffets, audiovisual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary parking for 60 attendees and staff, and secure advance storage for materials. Eligible bidders are limited to USA hotels only; third parties and event planners are excluded. Applicants must submit their bids electronically in eVA, completing the online item list with total US dollar amounts and including hotel contact details. Lodging and meals must adhere to state per diem rates without resort fees, and service charges cannot exceed 20%. Contract performance depends on federal funding confirmation on or before December 11, 2026.
