Multi-Function Printing Device and Managed Copier Fleet Options Services

Ferris State University seeks proposals for RFP #26-030 to provide multi-function printing devices and managed copier fleet options services. The required scope includes offsite performance across three device tiers: Tier 1 low output (1,000–10,000 pages/month), Tier 2 medium output (10,000–50,000 pages/month), and Tier 3 high output (50,000–300,000 pages/month with continuous operation). Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase by Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST, and all questions are due by October 26, 2026. Submissions must include organizational data, at least three client references, descriptions of capability and diversity commitments, and a cost structure with guaranteed bill rates for the 36-to-60-month contract term. The university selection committee will evaluate proposals based on technical merits, cost structure, capability, timely performance, bidder character and experience, and future maintenance abilities.
