Biohazard Cleaning Services

The Camden County Division of Purchasing is soliciting sealed bids for biohazard cleaning services for the Camden County Police Department and the Camden County Sheriff’s Office. The contractor must clean body fluids, infectious diseases, communicable diseases, strong odors, and bloodborne pathogens from contaminated and adjacent surfaces in booking areas, common lobbies, jail cells, interrogation rooms, and related facilities in Camden, New Jersey. Additionally, the contractor must supply all required equipment, including protective suits, clothing, masks, face shields, gloves, and respirators. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors in the United States. Bidders must register and download bid documents from the Camden County website, then submit sealed paper bids by U.S. Mail or hand delivery to the Camden County Courthouse by October 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Emailed or e-faxed bids will not be accepted. Bidders may email questions to [email protected] until October 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Submissions must include pricing for all required labor and materials, a completed bidder’s checklist, a bid guarantee deposit of 10% of the base bid up to $20,000, an original consent of surety or letter of credit, and compliance forms for state labor and affirmative action regulations.
