Multidisciplinary Predevelopment Feasibility Study Service

The Town of Windsor, Connecticut, seeks a qualified multidisciplinary consulting team to perform a comprehensive predevelopment feasibility study for a new affordable housing development targeting seniors and persons with disabilities.
