Transportation Planning Services

The buyer needs offsite transportation planning services for a government authority in Arizona. The requested scope includes candidate assessment reports, corridor feasibility and improvement studies, multi-modal planning, parks roadway planning, ADA field assessments, data analysis, programming scenarios, life cycle analysis, and miscellaneous planning studies. Only onshore USA organizations registered in BidNet Direct to the Arizona Purchasing Group are eligible to respond. Applicants must submit proposals electronically through BidNet Direct, including a 1-page cover letter, completed Attachment A with Key Personnel Summaries and maximum 2-page resumes in Arial font, Attachment C, and proof of insurability. Submittals must be sized 8.5” x 11” and strictly follow the structural instructions or face rejection. All inquiries regarding the bid must be submitted through the e-procurement platform no later than October 29, 2026. Proposers must review and accept the draft contract, as unapproved exceptions may result in rejection. Budget details require proposers to submit pricing proposals.
