Endoscopy Products Services

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Karl Storz endoscopy products and related products for its Syracuse, NY location. The requested scope includes video RGB cables, monitor protective covers, hysteroscopy electrodes, bipolar ball electrodes, longitudinal green bipolar electrodes, and single-use irrigation/suction handles. Only onshore USA organizations authorized to sell Karl Storz endoscopy items listed on the Vizient contract or approved clinical equivalents are eligible to participate. Vendors offering an equivalent product must demonstrate clinical performance and provide free supporting clinical documentation, as well as equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. Interested vendors must submit proposals or contact primary contact Rachel Hawthorne by October 30, 2026. The contract term matches the duration of the Vizient agreement, and the successful contractor must submit valid NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms.
