Real Estate Broker Services

The Town of Agawam, Massachusetts needs a licensed broker to provide real estate marketing and brokerage services for a town-owned property located at 31 North Alhambra Circle. Scope of work includes acting as seller's agent, marketing through MLS and online platforms, conducting showings, negotiating the sale with town officials, and assisting with closing and final disposition. The contract period will run for one year. To be eligible, proposers must hold a current Massachusetts real estate broker license in good standing, have at least ten years of real estate experience, maintain a place of business within five miles of Agawam, and provide professional references. Proposers cannot be elected or appointed officials or employees of the Town of Agawam. Applicants must submit a cover letter, a license copy, and signed certifications to Jennifer Bonfiglio via email or mail by October 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM, and questions are due by October 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The Town will review submissions for required forms, and all qualified eligible proposers will enter a public lottery on October 27, 2026, to select the broker. The budget includes a fixed fee of 3% to the listing agent and 3% to the buyer's agent paid upon closing, with no additional fees or expenses.
