Unarmed Exterior Security Patrol Services

The Idaho Department of Labor's Division of Purchasing is soliciting quotes from qualified US firms to provide unarmed exterior security patrol services for the Lewiston Local Office. The contracted scope requires vehicle patrols of parking areas and drive lanes, foot patrols of the building perimeter and vegetated grounds, written daily reporting with timestamped photographs, and immediate safety notifications. Performance will occur onsite for a one-year contract period. Bidders must submit Submittal Form A (Background, Declarations, & Certifications) and Submittal Form B (Pricing Schedule) digitally via the Idaho eProcurement System (IPRO) or email. Fully burdened pricing must include monthly rates for scheduled patrols over twelve months and hourly rates for up to twenty hours of agency-directed additional patrols. The State of Idaho will award the contract to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest total cost. Submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. MT on October 22, 2026, and all correspondence must be directed in writing to Purchasing Officer Erik Schmidt.
