Targeted Survey Conduct Service

RTI International seeks fixed-price proposals for a service provider to conduct a targeted survey on public perception of nuclear energy for the Energy Secure Philippines project. Funded by the U.S. Department of State, the survey must cover 300 voting-age adults to gather area-specific data on public awareness and views to inform agency assessment and stakeholder engagement. Performance is onshore in the USA. Eligible bidders must submit proposals via email in MS Word or PDF format to [email protected] and [email protected] by October 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Questions must be submitted via email by October 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Proposals must include Attachment A with pricing recorded, technical descriptions, valid signature, submission date, and past performance information. RTI International will evaluate offers based on a best-value tradeoff considering price, technical capability, past performance, and delivery. The contract term is 1 month under a purchase order. Offerors must submit a VAT-exempt, firm fixed-price proposal that remains valid for 60 days.
