Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan Administrator Service

The City seeks a vendor to provide third-party administrator, recordkeeper, and service provider services for its Section 457(b) governmental deferred compensation plan. The selected vendor must provide plan documents, daily valuation recordkeeping, payroll integration, technology platforms, participant education, and directed trustee or custodial services holding plan assets in trust. Eligibility is limited to USA-based organizations, and all work will be performed offsite. Interested vendors must submit any questions no later than October 21, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the City is currently seeking budget proposals for the requested scope.
