Risk Management Consultant Services

The City of Camden, New Jersey seeks qualified and experienced vendors to provide offsite risk management consultant services. The requested scope includes identifying insurable exposures, recommending methods to reduce or transfer risk, assisting with insurance applications, preparing annual insurance budgets, reviewing loss control reports, and assisting with regulatory training and certificates of insurance. Only onshore, USA-based organizations that provide written proof of required qualifications and experience are eligible to submit a proposal. Applicants must submit proposals electronically via the City's Bids&Tenders portal by 11:00 AM on October 27, 2026. All questions must be submitted by 9:00 AM on October 16, 2026. Submissions must include mandatory documents such as a Statement of Ownership Disclosure, RFP Submission Requirements, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit. The City reserves the right to take up to 60 days to award the contract, with an option to extend the award period up to 120 days.
