Transportation Planning Services

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation needs interested firms or individuals to provide on-call transportation planning services in Phoenix, Arizona. Prime consultants properly registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration at the time of submission are eligible to bid, provided a responsible principal or officer submits evidence of proper registration. Applicants must submit statements of qualifications electronically through BidNet Direct no later than 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2026. An evaluation committee will evaluate each submittal according to proposal selection criteria to shortlist up to seven firms, and MCDOT may invite short-listed firms to participate in interviews. MCDOT will award up to five contracts with a potential maximum value of $1,000,000.00 for an initial two-year term with three one-year options to extend.
