Mowing Services

The City of Colorado Springs requests Time and Materials proposals for parks on-call mowing services. The selected vendor must provide mowing for turf and native areas, trashing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control across parks, cemeteries, golf courses, greenbelts, trails, and other city-owned properties. Eligible USA onshore organizations must submit proposals electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing BidNet Direct platform. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference takes place via Microsoft Teams on October 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM MDT. The City evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale based on the technical area (40 points), management area (35 points), price/cost area (20 points), and proposal presentation (5 points).
