Quality Assurance, Construction, Inspection and Materials Testing Services

The North Kingstown School Department requires qualified bidders to provide quality assurance, construction, inspection, and third-party materials testing services for the New Wickford Middle School. The selected vendor must perform offsite field quality-control testing, verify pile materials and dimensions, conduct sieve and modified Proctor tests on fill sources, and complete special inspections including structural steel, spray fireproofing, and firestopping evaluations. Qualified USA-based organizations must demonstrate prior similar experience, pass evaluation of past Rhode Island public and private project performance, and maintain the capacity to begin work immediately upon award in November 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct by 1:00 p.m. on October 27, 2026, and submitted pricing must remain firm for ninety days. The buyer will publicly open and read proposals at 1:00 p.m. on October 27, 2026.
