Transportation System Plan Update Service

The government authority located in Salem, Oregon requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive transportation system plan update service. The selected vendor must identify an integrated network of multi-modal transportation facilities supporting existing and planned land uses over a twenty-year horizon, develop a funding strategy, and establish solutions that address safety to advance Vision Zero goals. Additionally, the vendor must map and assess existing roadway, bicycle, pedestrian, transit, air, and rail facilities, preserve facility function and capacity for economic movement, and create standards for a safe, efficient transportation network. Eligibility is restricted exclusively to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
