Transit Corridor Planning and Environmental Study Services

The government authority located in New Mexico needs a vendor to provide transit corridor planning and environmental study services. The scope requires evaluating existing and future transit demand, assessing operational models such as fixed route and microtransit service, completing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review process, conducting public and tribal engagement, and developing modular conceptual designs for at least seven enhanced bus stops, followed by the design and construction of corridor improvements.
