Architectural Design Services

The government authority located in Hidden Hills, CA needs a vendor to provide architectural design services for local facility improvements. The requested scope includes improving walkways with ADA enhancements, renovating a demonstration garden, renovating walking paths and handrails, and upgrading seating and covered gathering areas with added lighting and a water filling station. Additionally, the project requires four new light posts, a new concrete stair with an ADA-compliant handrail, a new stamped concrete deck, ramp, and stairs, a new low wall with a built-in bench and concealed light strip, and three new exterior floor outlets. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore US organizations, and the performance of the work must take place onsite.
