Medical Supplies

Tarrant County is issuing an Invitation for Bid for the annual purchase of medical supplies. The required scope includes disposable germicidal wipes, castile soap towelettes, and concentrated 8.25% sodium hypochlorite bleach. Bidders proposing alternate items must upload a product specification sheet with their response and submit a required sample bottle to Tarrant County Purchasing prior to the bid due date. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit questions by October 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT, and final bids are due by November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Required submission attachments include a W-9 form, verification of insurance meeting minimum county requirements, and diversity certifications if applicable. The buyer will award a 12-month contract effective from the date of award or notice to proceed, with an option to renew for one additional 12-month period. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract term. Vendors are requesting proposals to establish pricing per case.
