Medical Services

The government authority in California requires a vendor to provide and coordinate ongoing medical services for detained youth, as well as ensure continuity of care for discharged youth. Requested services include health screenings, primary care, substance use treatment, health education, medication administration, dental and vision care, mental health care, and involuntary psychiatric holds. Only US-based organizations are eligible to apply, and performance of the work will take place offsite. Applicants must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 28, 2026, and submit all questions by October 29, 2026. The resulting contract will have a term of one year.
