Printers Supplies

The California Department of Social Services requires a vendor to purchase, deliver, install, maintain, and provide training and ongoing support for two RISO high-capacity production printers. The requested scope includes RISO COM Color GL 7430 main units, control card kits, face down trays, power cords, power guard service packages, ComColor Express FS2100C units, Fiery upgrade kits, and high-capacity feeders. Onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit all required attachments listed in the solicitation checklist, including the Cyber Security Supply Chain Risk Questionnaire if not previously approved by the Social Security Administration. Questions are due by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on October 16, 2026, and final bids must be submitted by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on October 26, 2026. The contract term is for one year, and the buyer will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost after applying applicable preferences and incentives.
