Travel Provider for Hawaii Student Trip Service

Hempfield School District requires a travel provider to arrange and manage a high school student trip to Hawaii. The selected vendor must handle all logistics, including airfare, lodging, meals, excursions, insurance, documentation assistance, and emergency management, while offering flexible payment plans, scholarships, and attending informational sessions. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Applicants must submit one original and two hard copies of the signed proposal in a sealed envelope to the district by 12:00 p.m. on October 20th, 2026, though emailed copies are permitted if hard copies follow in the mail.
