Eligible offerors are USA organizations that demonstrate relevant experience, financial capacity, proper insurance licenses or approvals, and at least three customer references. An optional virtual preproposal conference takes place on October 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The contract term is for one year from execution with four optional one-year renewals.
