Website Design, Development, Hosting and Maintenance Service using WordPress CMS

The buyer requires a vendor to provide website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services using WordPress CMS. The selected vendor must develop and maintain the site, plug-ins, and integrations, move the site to a platform accessible by District staff, and coordinate with Exact Hosting for seamless operations. The scope also covers ongoing support for security updates, bug fixes, performance optimization, strategy advising, feature additions, Google Analytics integration, and basic search engine optimization metadata. Work will occur offsite at the vendor's office premises. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore United States organizations only. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than October 9, 2026. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the project budget.
