Website ADA Compliance Services

Kitsap Transit is soliciting proposals under RFP # KT 26-060 for PRTPO Website ADA Compliance services. The selected vendor must update the organization's website and web content to meet ADA requirements, establish methods for long-term digital accessibility, test and validate content, and develop tools and procedures to maintain compliance offsite. Only onshore USA organizations compliant with Washington state business laws are eligible to submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email by 2:00 PM on October 30, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026. Submissions must include a Letter of Transmittal, Firm Background and Experience, Personnel Assigned to Project, three Past Projects, Exhibit B: Bidder’s Affidavit, and a detailed Cost Proposal on company letterhead outlining professional fees, subcontractor costs, expenses, and deliverable costs. An evaluation committee will score responsive proposals out of a total point breakdown that includes 400 points for Past Performance, 300 points for Cost Proposal, and 200 points for Experience and Qualifications. Proposed prices must remain firm for at least 90 days from the submittal date.
