Human Resources Assessment Services

The City of Redmond, WA requires human resources assessment services to evaluate all citywide HR processes, policies, decision-making governance, and current state risks. The vendor must review operating models, document core workflows including deep-dives into hiring and payroll handoffs, determine Eden-to-UKG system transition readiness, conduct approximately 36 individual plus multiple group interviews, and deliver prioritized improvement reports. Work will be performed offsite. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid.
