RFI for Landscape Maintenance Equipment Demonstrations Services

The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) seeks qualified FAC116 vendors to provide onsite landscape maintenance equipment demonstrations for agency staff on October 29, 2026. The buyer needs vendors to transport equipment—such as electric mowers, mowers, UTVs, and small electric hand tools like string trimmers, chainsaws, and blowers—to one or more specified DCR locations in Westfield, Stoneham, and West Boylston, MA. Eligible US-based onshore organizations must supply knowledgeable staff for the demonstrations from noon to 2 pm and provide printed product information. Vendors must submit questions via COMMBUYS by 5 p.m. on October 16, 2026, and submit final RFI responses through COMMBUYS by 5 p.m. on October 20, 2026. Vendors must incur all costs for their product demonstrations, as this information-gathering RFI does not commit the Commonwealth to a contract or offer a budget.
