The government authority in Newfoundland and Labrador requires an offsite auditing firm to examine its records and financial statements to express an audit opinion for each year ended March 31. The selected firm must also translate the audited financial statements and audit opinion letter from English to French. Eligible proponents are restricted to onshore Canada-only entities, and corporate proponents must provide a certificate of good standing. Proponents must submit signed proposals in Canadian dollars before November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM Newfoundland Time, and proposals must remain open for ninety days. Submissions require a mandatory requirements checklist, designated personnel experience details, three references, and a body response with pricing.
