Investment Management Services

The Town of Dewey Beach requires a vendor to provide investment management services for its short- and long-term beach replenishment fund, which is currently valued at approximately $7 million. The selected provider must invest funds according to the agency Investment Policy Implementation Plan (IPIP) to maximize returns, conduct an annual IPIP review, submit monthly digital financial reports, and deliver quarterly presentations. Eligible vendors must be onshore US organizations capable of performing work onsite in Dewey Beach, Delaware. Interested applicants must submit questions by October 16, 2026, and submit their final proposals digitally via email or online for an unstated budget and contract term.
