External Audit Services

The City of Belleville requires external audit services to be performed offsite under contract FIN-2026-02. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations. Bidders must register and pay on the tendering authority's website to access the unwatermarked RFP document, and submit electronic bid submissions only. All questions are due by November 3, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. local time, and proposals must be submitted by November 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time. Prior to award, the selected proponent must provide a valid insurance certificate, a WSIB Certificate of Clearance, an EFT Authorization Agreement Form, and a final engagement letter. All submitted prices must remain firm, be in Canadian funds, exclude HST, and include all other applicable taxes and duties.
