Information Technology Managed Services

Grambling State University requests proposals for Information Technology Managed Services to support its Ellucian Banner modules and associated functionality. The selected vendor must provide functional and technical ERP managed services, staff augmentation, database and application administration, system integrations, and continuous monitoring. Required onsite performance includes supporting Banner student services, finance, HR, financial aid, and registrar modules, as well as managing tickets, upgrades, and system documentation. Only US-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit bids via email to [email protected] by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, and all inquiries must be submitted by October 20, 2026. The evaluation process consists of multiple stages, including initial responsiveness, mandatory minimum requirements, technical criteria, cost, and optional oral presentations or Best and Final Offers. Proposers must achieve at least 50% of the available technical points to advance to the financial evaluation.
