Baltimore County, Maryland seeks a vendor to provide professional video captioning, transcription, and optional Spanish translation services for a one-year term contract. The scope requires delivering separate caption files, such as SRT files, with a 48-hour turnaround time and 99% accuracy to comply with ADA, Section 508, CVAA, and WCAG 2.1 standards. Estimated initial quantities include 6,700 minutes of English video captioning and 1,000 minutes of Spanish video captioning.
