Only one known responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc. for the Rad Source Blood Irradiator Maintenance Service. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source contract (base and 2 option years, for period of performance of (12-1-2026 to 11-30-2029) for Rad Source Blood Irradiator Maintenance Service at the Omaha VA Medical Center 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105. Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc UEI: G2P5YFH91HJ8 49007 Golden Pkwy STE 400 Buford, GA 30518 This is done under authority of FAR Subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research revealed that Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc has proprietary rights over its own equipment and is the only authorized vendor for servicing its own equipment. Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc is the only source capable of meeting this requirement and has proprietary rights to maintain its own equipment. Rad Source Imaging Technologies Inc. does not have authorized resellers, dealers, or distributors to maintain its proprietary equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J065 (Maintenance and Repair of Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment).
