Document Translation Service

The Health Commissioner of the City of Columbus, Ohio requires a vendor to provide offsite document translation services for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor must deliver high-volume, written language assistance for health and social services issues, vital documents, event advertising, and clinical appointments, producing electronically or tactile copies that are medically accurate, culturally sensitive, and written in plain language. Only USA organizations performing work onshore are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or online, along with the required proposal form, corporate affidavit, non-collusion affidavit, payment terms, and company employee information. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 30, 2026.
