Financial Modelling and Feasibility Consultant Service

The Olympic Peninsula YMCA seeks a qualified onshore consultant or consulting firm to provide financial modeling and feasibility services for the proposed Joe Rantz Youth Housing and Family Resource Center in Sequim and Clallam County, Washington. The buyer requires analysis covering capital cost feasibility, revenue and funding, partner contributions, scenario and phasing analysis, and long-term risk and sustainability assessments. Performance will occur offsite, and deliverables include financial models, pro formas, and reports suitable for leadership and funders. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations that demonstrate technical capacity, satisfactory past performance, integrity, insurance coverage, and compliance with debasement and conflict-of-interest requirements.
