Clay Electric Cooperative requests proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental services supporting the reconstruction and storm hardening of an approximately 6.25-mile transmission line corridor in Bradford County, Florida. The selected firm will perform wetland identification and environmental assessment under Task 1, as well as environmental support for engineering and permitting under Task 2. Performance of the work will take place offsite at the vendor's office premises. Eligible applicants are USA-based onshore organizations. Applicants must submit their proposals by October 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. Clay Electric Cooperative anticipates awarding both tasks to a single responsible proposer whose proposal is most advantageous to the cooperative, based on published evaluation factors including price.
