Swaziland - Website Redesign Services Using WordPress CMS

The buyer needs website redesign services using a WordPress content management system or an equivalent back-end solution to build a secure, high-performing, accessible, and stakeholder-centred digital platform. The selected vendor must design an intuitive user-centred website, develop customer journey maps, apply responsive web design principles, optimize site performance, implement search engine optimization tools, and integrate the bank's AI chatbot plugin with vernacular language support. Only onshore Swaziland organizations are eligible to bid for this opportunity. The vendor will perform all work offsite and must submit responses digitally through email or online. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, but the text does not state the submission deadline, evaluation criteria, or contract term.
