Hockey Saskatchewan requires a qualified IT service provider to deliver comprehensive technology support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 support, hardware management, and strategic technology guidance. The selected vendor must provide both offsite services and remote technical support, while maintaining the ability to deliver on-site support in Regina for approximately 14 office-based and remote employees. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Proponents must demonstrate relevant client references, maintain appropriate insurance, and show expertise in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and managed IT services for similar or non-profit organizations. Applicants must submit proposals by email to [email protected] before October 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM Saskatchewan time. Submissions must contain a company profile, experience details, service approach, pricing breakdown, and at least three references. Hockey Saskatchewan anticipates entering into an initial three-year agreement starting December 1, 2026.
