Catering Services for Community Meetings

Boston Public Schools seeks a qualified contractor to furnish, deliver, and set up as-needed food and beverage services for community meetings and events ranging from 50 to 200 participants. Scope includes preparing meals, handling delivery and setup, supplying disposable paper goods, and accommodating dietary restrictions. The contract budget will not exceed $30,000. Eligible onshore USA organizations must comply with food safety standards, possess relevant catering experience, and demonstrate successful completion of at least two similar engagements. Applicants must submit quotes electronically through the City of Boston Supplier Portal by 12:00 PM on October 19, 2026. Submissions require completed quote pricing lines, written responses regarding service delivery approach and staff qualifications, two references, a Signed Acknowledgment form, and Wage Forms 1 and 2. Quotes will be evaluated on responsiveness, responsibility, pricing, relevant experience, operational capability, and staff qualifications.
