Concession Services

The City of Tarpon Springs, Florida, seeks qualified independent vendors to provide drink, sundries, or full-service concessions for the Sunset Beach 2027 Concert Series and other 2027 recreation events. Vendors must operate on site from mobile setups such as carts, trailers, or food trucks, as no permanent structures exist. Only United States organizations are eligible to respond, and vendors must obtain all required permits, supply their own utilities, pass employee background checks, and maintain required insurance. Proposers must submit a signed Response Cover sheet and Letter of Interest containing details on proposed menus, experience, service setup, and space needs to Patty Hall via email or mail. The city accepts responses continuously, reviews them at least monthly, and selects multiple vendors on a rotation basis to ensure menu variety. Applicants must submit written questions by November 20, 2026. Awarded vendors must pay the city a $45.00 fee for each scheduled event.
