Cameras and Server Supplies

Ivy Tech Community College requires a vendor for the Richmond camera and server replacement at Johnson Hall and McDaniel Hall. The selected contractor must supply camera and server supplies, provide an equipment purchase order within one week of contract award, and begin services on November 2, 2026. Only USA-based organizations that are platinum-level channel partners of Hanwha Vision are eligible to bid. Bidders must also submit an itemized proposal including non-collusion certificates, supplier diversity forms, and any minority, women, or veteran-owned business participation plans. Applicants must submit one PDF copy of their signed proposal digitally through Ivy Tech's Workday Strategic Sourcing online system by 3:00 PM EDT on October 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all written questions through the online message center by 3:00 PM EDT on October 16, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will occur on October 22, 2026.
